Staying in a deluxe room with a balcony 🌅 was really nice. We even had a jacuzzi! the location of this place is awesome - you can easily walk to shops and a market.

such great experience there. fairly nice area, marvellous location, not far from restaurants and bars and the malecón, a good area near the main calle & plaza and the the center. besides, easy access to el claustro cultural center.

The staff were very very helpful and super friendly from arrival to departure. Overall it was well furnished and good sized, with a private bathroom.

The lower floors of this place were clean and beautifully maintained making it a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel has a marvelous location just a minute walk from the General State Archive. the room was clean and had nice surprises like climate control, a safe, and a multi-channel TV. - Everything was great, and the staff was superbly friendly.

We did notice some noise from other guests during our stay, which made it difficult to enjoy a quiet evening outdoors. Additionally, the owners were not very present and the staff at the front desk did not give us much attention.

The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. The hotel also had great water pressure, a nice pool, and a lovely deck area with seating.
